Man Oil & Marine is a world leader in the design, manufacture and commercialization of Oil & Gas hoses and rubber compounds. In our facilities we daily produce calendared films and hoses for the transportation of oil, chemicals and liquefied gas products, in marine hose strings and long length continuous hoses for onshore and offshore installations. Poseidon Hoses, steel cord reinforced, are the result of the Company’s long experience in the offshore industry. These Marine hoses are available in Single and Double Carcass type, for submarine and floating applications. They are manufactures and tested to the GMPHOM 2009 Hose Guide for offshore moorings.

Nautilus Hoses, textile cord reinforced, is the alternative to steel cord reinforced hoses for marine applications and have been designed for the end users that prefer this type of reinforcement. The complete range is available: Single and Double Carcass type, submarine and floating. The hoses are manufactured, tested to the GMPHOM 2009 Hose Guide.

POSEIDON hoses for Reeling Systems is a dedicated hose range and includes floating and submarine types, single and double carcass, capable to be stored on one or more layers on a reel. These hoses have enhanced properties compared to standards GMPHOM 2009 hoses:
- Higher Tensile Load Resistance
- Higher Collapse Resistance
- Higher Crush Loading

Long Length Hoses are bonded flexible pipes used for dynamic riser, flowline and jumper applications. The flexible pipes are either steel cord reinforced, Saturn HD or MD type, or textile reinforced type, Orion 6 ply or 4 ply type. The pipes are manufactured in continuous lengths without intermediate end connections. The pipes are available for a great range of Design Pressures, temperatures and type of fluids. It is a valid alternative to unbonded flexible pipes.
