One of our newest innovations is the QuayReel® Loading and Unloading System. With an increased demand for flexible and versatile solutions for tanker loading and offloading operations, in complex situations and multi-purpose docksides, where loading arms or hose towers is not an option, the possibilities with our QuayReel® System are becoming more apparent. With the versatility of a hose coupled with the ease of a reel, the QuayReel® System is proving to be a great alternative.

Due to environmental factors, such as ice and low water, it may be difficult or impossible for tankers to dock in the usual manner. Our Near-Shore Tanker (un-loading) system can accommodate or provide the following:
- Flexible long length hoses ranging from 50-1500 metres
- No jetty
- A tanker moored at sea
- A lightweight system which can easily be moved & stored away safely when not in operation
Bunker Hose assemblies, connectors and reel pipe work materials are selected for compatibility with the transfer medium and in compliance with specific project specifications, where required.
- Suitable for reeling applications, with high axial load capability
- Typically, 10 – 20 Bar WP Hose Assemblies, MBP 3:1 & 4:1 safety factor
- Heavy-duty Delivery, Soft Wall (kink-recoverable) and Suction & Delivery, Hard Wall (Helix wire) hoses
- Hoses compatible with fluid and powder medium/chemical resistant hose liners
- Hose covers resistant to abrasion and ozone
- Hose identification in accordance with UKOOA / GOMO Guidelines
- Floating hoses with integral floatation
- Passive Emergency Release Coupling (ERC)
- Short length Valved/Un-valved Weak-link Coupling c/w integral hose tail
- Dry-break Hose Coupling & Tank Units, Hammer-Lug Unions, Camlock, ANSI, Marpol Flanges etc.
- Full bore transfer pipework – min. 1.5 d bend (fluids) 5 d bend (powders)
