CCLPEC is located in Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province, China. We are a manufacturer specializing in fluid loading equipment and terminal machinery equipment. We have 26,000 square meters standardized factory, 140 employees, and more than 100 processing and manufacturing equipment.

2. Gangway

The Marine Gangway is designed to facilitate transfer between shore and ship, and vice-versa. CCLPEC Marine Gangways provide an optimum and safe access, even under severe conditions. CCLPEC supplies column type gangway, tower type gangway, and a high-standard emergency evacuation access gangway for FSRU. All these gangways meet the requirements of SIGTTO and ISO Standard. The marine gangway is comprised of tower (or column), bulwark ladder, lifting & rotating platform, driving mechanism, hydraulic power unit, PLC control system etc.

Tower Type Marine Gangway

Recommended for vessels larger than 50,000 DWT
With several floor levels (depends on the height of vessel), the platform and boarding ladder can be elevated and stop at each floor according to the height of vessel. The boarding ladder can be vertically parked to save jetty space.
Equipped with a lifting mechanism, the smaller incline angle of the boarding ladder provides a more comfortable user experience.

Column Type Marine Gangway

Recommended for vessels smaller than 50,000 DWT. Swift installation, easy operation and low maintenance cost. The boarding ladder will be designed either folding or telescopic models.

CONTROL SYSTEM

All electrical equipment has been explosion proofed according to ATEX or IEC standard, and meets the requirements in hazardous areas, to guarantee safe operation. Wireless controller is available.

3. Quick Release Mooring Hook

CCLPEC Quick Release Mooring Hooks are designed to ensure safe and efficient mooring operations in demanding maritime environments. As an upgraded replacement for bollards, they are suitable for large and modern jetties that require mooring operations with minimal labor.

CCLPEC provides durable, safe, and easy-to-operate quick release mooring hooks, even in extremely corrosive environments, by applying robust materials, advanced manufacturing techniques, and smart design. Integration with our remote control, monitoring, and laser berthing aid system enables swift and accurate connection and detachment processes, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing the risk of human error.
